**April 2025 Beef box***
 
At Pentrefelin we milk an old heritage breed of cow, bred in the late 1800's and know for its dual purpose qualities. The breeds ability to produe a good amount of nutritious milk as well as high quality, marbled beef make it the perfect cow for us.
We have available in the end of April 2025 (exact date to be confirmed) some 100% grass fed beef, from a steer born and reared here on the farm through the micro dairy system.

2-2.5kg Roasting Joint (Topside, silverside, brisket or slow roast)
You slow roasting joint might come as one large joint (2-2.5kg) or two smaller joints (1-1.5kg)
1kg Braising beef (shin, chuck, short rib or LMC)
x4 500g mince or diced beef
